(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); actually hear that ppl have damaged, lost and can not find a replacement power eject cable for the 3000x models so i decided to do a test and have confirmed it working. take any older slim model before 3000x and have scissors and a magnify glass to help see.
all you would need to do is cut dowbn the 4th metal line on the ribbon from older slim models leaving 6 metal pins available on the ribbon to make it a replacement for a 300x model. made a video to enjoy, This may be silly to some, but useful for others. it can actually be just about any ribbon used in the ps3 from the bluray if cut down to the correct amount and is long enough.
