I don't know if that can be fixed to be honest, I remember on my ps2 discs I use to use this product that cleans it, I forgot what it was called but I bought it from gamestop and It was basically paste that you smear all over the disc and it fixes it a bit. Used to work for my ps2 games but not sure of ps3, since I make sure all my games are in good condition now lol.

You can try white (NON-WHITENING) toothpaste. Non-whitening is crucial because: "Whitening toothpaste has a fine grind that will scratch your disk further but a non whitening has no grind(colgate total) and therefore wont scratch your disc". Rub it into the scratched areas.

NOTE: I am not responsible if something happens (I doubt anything will) to go wrong with your system/game

-EDIT- Just an idea. You don't have to try it if you don't think it'll work.

I don't think it's possible mate but your best chance is to go to your local game store and show them your disc and explain your problem. In England, the game shops here (GAME et.c) do this disc repair service for £3 where they remove scratches from your damaged disc
