I never use multiman or another I always play with original discs games I do xp lobbies and prestige lobbys that all majority of the time I use my ofw 4.31, they start banning accounts now lol !

No i had a completly empty HDD i just wanted to get my trophies back to that HDD so i signed in to sync them back to my console without any homebrew installed and still got flagged,im sure the recent "maintenance" has implemented something to scan if there is anything cfw related

well 5 my accouts got banned last week ther just starting the best thing u can do is delt ur account on your jb

No what I mean is you went on with the old hard drive, got flagged, then when you went online with your new hard drive you were already flagged and they got you somehow. That somehow is still unknown.

Either way its says " account has been banned or temporarily suspended" if it was a permaban it should have said "You cannot use Playstation Network with this account" right?

I lost 2 accounts this week and yes neither had played Blops 2 or hosted lobbies,I just played offline then signed in synced and signed out.
So I would say no account is safe on CFW,many have been lucky so far.
Gutted yes but I was aware this was always a possibility.

Am guessing it is time to figure out a way to out wit those dummies at Sony instead of trying to see where those that use JB or CFW had gone wrong. If you ain't cheating then your not really trying.
