I'll get portal 2 and another game or 15 months worth of PS+ I'm guessing the PS+ is worth it but anyone like to give me an opinion?

Well in the uk it is, heard in the us it sucks!

Well, for starters, i would only recommend PSPlus if...

You have massive amounts of Game saves & you have 2 ps3, hence the storage cloud comes in handy, even works with locked saves.

If you buy alot of PSN games, retail or not, they usually have great games discounted up to 75% sometimes , usually 30%-50% ( I got LBP Karting for $10 recently & others very cheap under $4!

And...of course, all the free games it offers, the PSplus library is constantly changing, & even has full Vita games if u like that.

Other than that, i cant say anything else about it unless you just want to have a cool yellow "+" symbol by your name lol, overall , if you love discounted games & some free games & trophies, i would surely get it.

well i buy a year every year, i love the free games i get all the time, i rarely buy game now as i have a huge back log and a full ps3 on games to play. once ive played them i delete them and get a fresh game of my downloads list, ive got over 850 games and dlc from ps+ and its always getting better

Definitely get it. I've heard that the UK PS+ doesn't really have much, but I've never experienced it first hand. However on the US store there are tons of games, DLC, avatars etc. It's definitely worth it if you are into serious gaming and if you are tired of spending $60 to buy a new game every week.

I can't even begin to imagine how much money I have saved with PS+. Go for it bro you won't regret it!

It honestly depends on what type of games you are interested in... I do it for uploading saves to online database, in the beginning they had some really awesome games; the more recent ones I have not cared for. I wish they offered more unique features and what not. I do love the occasional good discounts and shit.

EU and US get the same content mostly.

It's definitely worth it! My subscription ran out, but if I had the money to buy it again I would! The free content and discounts you get from it are insane and especially good seeing as it's not your own money that your using. It's like turning $50 into $250.

Well if you are going to get the year one might aswell get it cause like other people said you get plenty of free games , But the gay thing is you cant play them once your subscription runs out, but other than that i think you should get it

Agreed! I've always been a PS+ subscriber since it was released two/three years ago. Sadly it wasn't really good back then, however like you said it is literally like turning $50 into $250, hell probably more than that lol. And mine recently ran out too and I haven't been bothered to renew it. :cry:

If you decide to get it before March 8th, you will receive 15 months subscription for the price of 12 months. You may need to backup your saves if rebooting, PS3 crapping itself or if you want to share save files.

I wipe my whole PS3 save files clean to see what I really don't need. I put everything on the cloud and work from there. It is really a stress saver if all of a sudden it crashes.

Mostly recently Sony has been discounting a lot more different types of games. Some months you will hit the jackpot on free games or discounts on games you wanted but was to expensive at first.
