I think they're giving it out before their ps4 comes out as a gift to them for whatever.

This free $10 PSN voucher is only good if your accounts were made before a certain time frame.

I have 3 U.S accounts but 1 was made in 2010 and the other 2 were made in 2012 but I was hoping for PSN to crap their pants again. Those 2 accounts never received a voucher so am guessing your account needs to be at least 2 yrs old.

I disagree with that, why you ask? because I have 3 U.S accounts as well, one of them was created 3 yrs ago (2010), and the other 2 were created last year (2012) , when I signed in to my regular account , I got the $10 voucher, & i logged into my alternate account as well and got it there as well, knowing this; I got hopeful and thought I would surely have one on my 3yr old account as well, but to my surprise I didnt even receive a voucher on it.

This I believe has to do more with being active on the account and/or buying stuff from the PSN Store, which I have been doing on both my newer accounts, my old 3yr account I never even sign in or even use it

Well it is a possibility of many reasons and we both just gave the OP ok answers. Whatever the reasons might be, Sony gave us free money and only a fool would delete that message without researching it first.
