You can get platinum on EU or USA version,but you can buy You must login or register to view this content.,and get second platinum.
And get 3-th Platinum if you buy You must login or register to view this content..
And Russian version you can buy in Russian PlayStation Store.
Just create a new account and choose place of residence is Russia. And you can go in russian store.
There you can use english language for searching game.
And you can buy after.
And you must have PSN Russian card You must login or register to view this content.
Without that card you can't buy game.
After buying,you download a game and get it 3-th Platinum.

It used to be max'd at 50, then they updated it. They are for sure going to update it, they know some people are already level 100.
