Off... on some games it rumbles WAY WAY WAY too much. like simulated parkinson's disease lol. plus it saves controller battery life for longer time between recharges.

Don't see the point in it. The battery drains faster with it on anyway.

Not mines? at least I don't realise because i never play without it.But I think my batteries still last a while.
