Most are all editors, they don't create their own shit, just get a menu base and add to it, or zone mods, etc, I can only see 1 in that list who creates stuff and for that I would class himself as a modder.


I can't quote enough replys, but to most of these people, do you know the difference between a developer, modder and "hacker". You are naming devs and people who are seen as "hackers".

Elite Mossy was the only true modder who everyone has copied/learnt from. There was also alex from the psp scene. The best modders are normally underground.
