This is update with bring everything that the postponed update was due to bring in and it will also fix the problem for the newest slimlines.

That's crazy if they've identified the problem and aren't releasing it until NEXT THURSDAY! If I were them I'd get them software engineers in doing overtime to get it patched, re-packaged and re-distributed over PSN ASAP!

Sucks they had to pull this update I know some people who had PS3s bricked.
Did see rumours of Sony replacing each PS3 that is bricked.
