do you mean on call of duty when it says connection interupted and shows an ethernet cable being unplugged. If its that it just means the host has left/signed out or your connection is bad. +rep if this helped probably not though

Maybe your ethernet cable is damaged? Try replacing it.

If it ant your ethernet cable line its your ps3 where you plug it in. I had the same problem.
