(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Word is that there's a huge rumor running around in the pages of PlayStation: The Official Magazine. How big? Try Killzone 3 big, with a dash of Resistance 3 and a side helping of World at War 2.

The next entry in the Killzone franchise is being pegged by the magazine as one of its "secret games of 2010". Here's what the blurb in the advance December 2009 issue apparently said:

Insider slips reveal three big names you can already pencil for the next year. Killzone 3 is reportedly deep in development, Insomniac%u2019s Full Moon Show podcast hints at a project we can only conclude is Resistance 3, and a Treyarch employee%u2019s online mentions a Call of Duty: World at World sequel.

So first Resistance 3 and now Killzone 3? And World at War 2 (which isn't that surprising considering Activision's push for yearly CoD releases)? Wow, shooter fans are going to have a field day next year if this proves to be true.

MW2 used a slight different engine.

I really doubt there's gonna be a WaW 2. Killzone and Resistance would be believable.

No WaW 2 but they are making a Call of Duty Vietnam game i truely believe i read a post online a few months ago and had some info and controversy over vietnam being so close to our time that it would be a too graphic game for some veterans still being alive and their children/grand kids playing a game about the actual events they were in... idc if you believe me like i said im not 100% sure but around 75% sure if i find the same post again ill add a link

That would be awesome I know resistance get put down alot but I like it & would like a 3rd.

w@w was ok would I by w@w2 yeah probably I was not going to get mw2 but I was at the store the day after release.

killzone have not played it really tried it its ok but meh I don't care if there another wouldn't get it.

but bring on resistance 3 hopefully they do a better job on graphics and smooth it out a bit.

Killzone 2; Disliked.
Resistance 2; Disliked.
WaW; Disliked in comparison to MW2.
None of these games interest me(I own all 3 of the above).

Killzone 2 was pretty groundbreaking with it's interactive enviroments (if wind is blowing, your smoke grenades go in that direction for example). Bit too cartoony for me, and overall, did not like the game compared to the first.

Resistance 2....didn't like the first, played a bit of the second, couldn't get into it

World at War sucked. Best part of the game was the story mode, which took me about two hours to complete, and 30 minutes of that was a bathroom/shower break.

I agree, WaW failed. I also think Resistance 1 was better, and KZ2's MP sucked ass.

I loved Killzone 1 and loved Killzone 2 so i really want a killzone 3. I loved resistance 1&2 so cant wait for a 3rd. i really hated W@W and do not want another.
