There is fast motion, slow motion, one shot kills, infinite ammo and black and white. Sure there is more but they are all i remember.

well there the only decent ones, i believe theres also a couple that flip the game from left to right and stuff like that.

I made a guide a while ago, you should give credit to the founders.
My Guide:
1. Play through crushing until you get a gun in chapter 1
2. Pause
3. Change the difficulty to whatever you have unlocked tweaks on
4. Enable Tweaks
5. Save and quit to main menu
6. Go to options and change difficulty back to what you originally chose
7. Continue
