If your buying it from a store at a local place near you, I honestly have to say it's not jailbroken( i might be wrong though)...

Well I think it is jaibroken because they sell lots of electronics like jail broken T.Vs Xboxes laptops etc. but if I get It I will definitely check if it is jailbroken or not.. Say I do get it and it is jailbroken on 4.46 cfw how do I update it to 4.50? do I just go to settings then ''update software'' my self or do I need a bypass tool??

Well the best thing i done is just put the 4.50 spoofer on it then go online or just wait for rebug or any other to bring out a 4.50 cfw but dont update it with any sony update
