Notice how I got banned on 3 different accounts yesterday, one was my main. My friend also got account banned. This could be because people who use shared ID's , they track your account an banned it! From what I heard alot of people got banned yesterday!

no u cant get banned from sony just for using saves .. but the game server like treyarch for black ops 2 or whatever can ban u permently for there server for using a modded save online
