But when it says "press start, file, save target" for me it pops up and says, "please connect save destination" and the videos it pops up as Hdd "download" can someone help fix this problem, ill post a pic up soon

maybe just press yes and It'll do it? Or won't it give you the option... I'm pretty sure you have to make a Memory card slot in the movie section.

When the people download the movies on the videos the will be downloading them in a ps3 readable format, you will be downloading a video in a format the ps3 cannot understand, so it asks to save it on a USb stick
