1. Its personal preference, rebug is more advanced ita is more simple, I personally prefer rebug.
2. When you data transfer all data is transferred, accept games and trophies I believe, therefor your comment is transferred.
3. Yes you can transfer almost everything as stated above.
4. If your on OFW they can't ban you even if you have a modded comment I believe.
