I know the public CID's are still getting banned every few hours but even that takes longer now and we have more time to enjoy PSN with pubs.
So i just got banned on the account i use the most , not my main though luckly, i modded here and there but it was old games so i doubt it was the reason , unless ghosts started to ban PSN's also (?)
Most likely just a random banwave and anyone caught on CFW signed in will be get the banhammer.

CEX or DEX they both get banned.
And pirated games dont really get you banned if you use PSID Patch + Direct Eboot, and no disc in the tray.
Truly is just Sony watching over the PS3 , they havent totally given up yet. In a year from now it might be a different story.
For me aslong as i dont get my main banned all the other accounts are really easy to get back.

Its better to stay on the old firmwares less security checks compared to the up to date ones.

So if u wanna play online now, dont mod and use psnpatch? I gues thats the savest way to not get banned for now right?

Its just a mather of luck i think. There's tons of users still on the ps3 some get caught others don't.
Delete your history and easy on modding the newer games, it should help you last longer.

ok so my main account got banned for pirated games according to my email... i do not have a cfw anymore and nor did i ever use my main account on it... i only have a ofw. so wtf? did i get banned for no reason? should i contact sony?
