First of all, I have owned the TBx3's, TBx41's, and Tritton AXPROS so I can compare.

Pros-
Comfortable
Lightweight
Surround sound
Mic on either side
Appeal (looks)
Mix Amp voice and game volume knobs

Cons-
Headset-to-controller cable disconnects easily
Cost of the headset, plus if you buy Optic cable & battery pack
Mic is very touchy, makes you sound louder
Lots of cables if you don't buy the ToS Link Optical Cable
Mix amp if a lot bigger than it looks
Mute mic slider isn't easily detectable

Overall-
This is a great headset and by far my favorite. The TBx41's got worse as time went on and then I couldn't hear people walking on CoD4 when they were next to me. If you have the extra cash, invest in this headset, it is worth it.
