Actually (at least for US, I don't know where you are) it came out yesterday. Just saying...

They also removed the Play/Create/Share scores and said they might be back soon. They made the LittleBigStore easier to navigate (I think by adding pages so it's not all cramped), reworked the network so when you are looking for people to play with it searches for people closer to you for a better connection, and they are storing the save data in the Game Data now but you can back up the save and import it later...along with the feature to backup individual levels on your moon to a save data file. I don't know if you can copy, upload and have someone else edit the level (or take credit)...
