Is there any big shops that sell good capture cards? If I get a non-HD capture card can i still play in HD? I don't know much about capture cards or how they work.

get a dazzle off amazon... 25quid deiverd. then get one of these >>> You must login or register to view this content. if your not using hdmi. it makes the quality alot better compared to normal rgb splitters...
