oh man, first off... I'm sorry to hear you had this issue. Was it a first gen PS3?

I had a few buddies who sent their into sony. they had a new console within 2 weeks and disc back within 4. This was about a year ago, but Sony quoted them the same time. I don't have any personal experience with it though. You can always try renting the game from gamefly or something in the meantime.

yh i had ylod. i sent mine to sony also, my fifa 08 was stuck in but they sent me a new ps3 with the game inside. they should give you mw2 back but if they dont ring them up.

They should send it with the system but if they don't it means they just gave you a new system and you will get the game at a later time.

Ahh i feel 4 u, i got the YLOD 10 days before mw2 n i didnt bother with sony...I tried to get it repaird from a computer repair store but he just took the piss and left it there for 5 days without even trying to repair it so i just took it back and got a new slim after mw2 came out

You got to Love that First Gen 60gb PS3, I never Had ANY problems with it yet. All the New Versions are Messing up!

Sounds weird because of mine they said it would take a week and it took 4 dayas to get everything.
