Wired and wireless

Wired Connectivity:

Important: A router would be required if you want your PS3 and the computer to be connected to the internet at the same time.

The following are mandatory. You need:

When you have a wired connection to the Internet, it is not necessary to adjust any of the default settings. (It is done automatically). If you aren't able to connect with the default settings, follow the instructions to adjust the settings.

1. Select "Network Settings" under "Settings" in the home menu, press the You must login or register to view this content. button.
2. Select "Internet Connection Settings", press the You must login or register to view this content. button.
3. You will be popped with a message stating the Internet connection will be terminated, select Yes, press the button.
4. Select "Wired Connection", press the You must login or register to view this content. button.
5. Select Easy or Custom and adjust the settings.
* If you select Easy, then the basic settings are automatically set.
* If you select Custom, then you need to enter the settings. Refer the settings supplied by your Internet service provider.
