Yeah, I vaguely member something like that a while back.
I'm sure it could be done legitimately as well, but Sony is scared for some reason to implement a program similar to Microsoft. The first name change is free, anymore after that they charge a fee.
I'm just surprise Sony's greed hasn't found a way to profit from something similar.
