I know the Hauppauge HD PVR is a beast but it doesn't have HDMI inputs you have to play with component cables not HDMI. So does anyone know of a capture card that will let me play in HD with my HDMI cable in use, then record HD. Something like the Hauppauge HD PVR but has HDMI inputs???

I had the same issue as you. I tried to use the dazzle, but I couldn't play with the standard def.

Check out the Happauge HD PVR. That solved my problem.

if u use the composite cables with the Happauge HD PVR it should give you something that is pretty close to HD. Your not going to get HD on your tv and going through to your PC at the sametime, unless you pay ALOT of money
