Because you didn't turn your ps3 off the right.. So u must of rage quited and flic the swift @ back.. Am I right?

LMFAO switching it straight off from the back is veryy bad. i used to do it all the time because i was too lazy to press the PS button and so on.. Then one day i woke up and it said something like i need to erase my hard drive because of an error. I turned off my ps3 and back on and thankfully the message was gone...

That was part of the update they did, its just a warning to tell u not to turn it off the way u did. And sometimes when you turn ur ps3 off and wen u do u here 2 beeps and it shuts off, and u turn it bac on a report message will pop up asking if u want to report it.
