I'm surprised this person's account hasn't been stolen. I logged into it on the PS website and checked the forums and it's ok. If your account was banned, then a message would be displayed when you try to log into the PlayStation forums... It's either a console ban or an IP ban. If it is an IP ban then you need to change your IP address.

What are the brands on your modem/router? If you don't know which is which, just tell me the company's name labeled on each box. Examples: Linksys, Netgear, Motorolla...
