yeah turbo/rapid fire, you press the button you want rapid fire and the turbo button, this then makes like the modded turbo controller its great for the fal and any one shot guns turns them auto,

the analogue sticks are too stiff on that turbo pad, especially when your used to the offical pads anyway, but yeah it is a cheap option! check out evilcontrollers.com

Link is broken but I prefer just to mod the official ps3 controllers myself, as long as you have the parts everythings a walk in the park.

Id rather pay 10$ for a part have it installed myself, and with a official controller because the analog sticks are great.
