What kind of customer service? Like why would you tell us to call this number? We could just look it up on Sony's website or in the phone book. Most likely this is a sex line because if you were born in 1991 then you are 18 un-like if you were born in late 1992 you are 17. If I were you I would remove this before you get banned.
