(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, I just got a Hauppauge HD PVR for Xmas,
i`m trying to install it and when i click install drivers it says:

Drivers have not been updated Compatible Hardware not found,

so i searched on youtube and it says to download the latest driver from Hauppauge`s website so i do that,

And i get the same error :(

Am i supposed to extract the drivers to a Specific location or is my Pvr faulty. I bought it new from Play.com
If someone helps me with this i will Give them 400k vbux
Thanks Jordan

Your HD PVR has got to be plugged into your PC when you install the software.
Plug in your HD PVR via USB and power it up at the mains. Turn on the switch, see the blue light. Then install what's on the CD.
Hope I'm not insulting your intelligence here by suggesting something you've already done, but I got this error and realized I just hadn't plugged it in lol.
Hope this help Smile
