They could but alot of my friends have it and i doubt they all have japenese accounts. +when i ask them how you get they don reply.

Yea its a Japanese account i had 1 and you can do alot of different symbols and stuff with different languages

u dont need a jap account just change ur system language to one of the chinese lookin ones, find the star and put it in your comment then change ur language back
