I have quite a few that I would say are my favorite missions.

Here is my list:
1. No Russian - Modern Warfare 2
2. Time and Fate - Black Ops 2
3. Second Sun/Whiskey Hotel - Modern Warfare 2
4. All Ghillied Up - Call of Duty 4
5. Black Tuesday - Modern Warfare 3

Vendetta from waw
The one in bo1 where you break reznov out of prison
The one in bo1 where you destroy the missile

I never played campaign that much. Bo1 was the only one I ever completed.

Most memorable would definitely be No Russian from MW2. I hated the fact that you killed so many innocent civilians, but it was definitely one of the very first shock factors CoD gave you.
2. Second Sun/Whisky Hotel - MW2
3. All Ghillied Up - CoD4
4. I can't remember the name of the mission, but it was just after the nuke detonated and the player dies from radiation/crash related injuries.
5. Sins of Our Father - CoD 4. It was a fun mission for me.

theres some great cod3 missions but my memories vague i dont have a working ps2 anymore and too lazy to set up an emulator just for 1 post

It's been so many years since I played a cod from before WaW I can't even remember any more.
