i dont think they are talking about a bomb planting controller they probably are talking about a modded controll where you can can like hold a button and it would pres that button very fast. like if you had a magnum or FAL and wanted to make them automatic you pretty much mod your controll to do so.. but its frowned upon

iv figured it now its not a modded controller its one of the shit ones that u set the button that is turbo then set the speed and so killstreakers put a 20second speed on the bomb planters and continues skip killcam on diers
