METHOD NO.2-[/b]
The best way to get passed this error and without having to do the toolboxor ccapi way is to use webman to spoof the correct IDPS. go into webman
settings, take a picture of your IDPS and PSID. Delete the whole first box on
the left and retype those numbers but make sure you put 84 OR 87 (according to
your region) instead of 82.. Next you tick 2 boxes that say IDPS and PSID" then scrolldown and save and restart ps3.webman will load that idps every time system loads. If you are getting this error and hate that you have to manually change your IDPS every time you turn on your ps3, then
follow these few easy steps .Look at this table for your region IDPS82 (DEX/DEBUG) (default)

METHOD NO-3


If you are on rebug 4.81 and you have done all above method then this is what worked for me..SIMPLY DOWNGRADE TO REBUG 4.80. You must login or register to view this content. because (**Sony has patched Fake, Generated, or InvalidCID's. Leading to the error 8002A224.). Once done you will be back online as
normal but make sure you do either METHOD 1 AND METHOD 2 to get back online again.

method 1 and 2 is only for those who are on DEX firmware and have their ORIGINAL console ID not banned . Because DEX sets the target ID to 82 automatically and you have to spoof it to your cid's region (eg. 87 84 85 .... )

and method 3 I guess he just downgraded from DEX to 4.80 CEX firmware and that's why his CID worked because CEX uses original target ID

and I'm 99,99999999999% sure that method 3 has nothing do to with fake cids thing that has been patched 1 week ago , as I said above CID authetification happens on PSN server-side not on console-side

I'm confused about step 2

I change my Console ID and Psid my System run and i dont get this fail. My settings rebug 4.80 / dex/dex toolbox 2.2.10/rebug mode, syscall disable, webman and rebug enable, Debug settings bootmode realase mode, network dual i use psn patch and ps ninja before i go online with my system. Im online all day.
