(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); my ps3 plays games fine but sometimes freezes and when i am in games and press the ps button and sometimes at loading screens my ps3 freeezes does this have to do with the harddrive?

It depends, is it a certain game, or every game?
If its just one game, its probably just the disk.

My system freezes every so often. It seems random

mine was freezin a bit with darksiders, but its not done it with any other game as of yet

I guess this guy fixed his problem. I would loke to find out how often its happening and which games. Also is it a fat or slim system.

I would like to replace my hdd sometime on my slim.

never had this problem..

I had a similar problem with my old PS3 freezing on some games and allowing me to play others. The Blue Ray went out on it and I had to get it replaced. It was past the warranty and it cost me about $100 to have someone local fix it.
