Your call of duty stats, along with every other game, are saved online on the game servers. you wont lose anything except your campaign mode, your online will still be there.

i had same thing and some really cheap parents!
so yea no ps3 yet and i also have cod 4 in the game. i have to send it in with 150$ cuz warranty expired and i think u can still get it free cuz i know it hasnt been 3 years. at least it lasted and if u know ur email and stuff then u will still have ur guns.
