Now what I did is plug the PC mic from the back of the mixamp into the mic input on the adpater. So now my mic works but the voice is coming through as if it were the speakers so the Game/Voice knob doesn't work.

What I need to do is take the 3.5mm jack from the adapter (the jack that gets the voice from friends back to you) and connect it to the controller port on the front of the mixamp which is a 1.8mm jack. So what I need is an adapter that can change a 3.5mm jack to a 1.8mm jack.

I have searched and could not find anything. Does anyone else have the older mixamp and have solved this problem? or does anyone have suggestions or ideas? they would be appreciated!
