they will never make it so you can make 1 of each faction, that IS what Veteran mode is for, so you can get the rest of the trophies, you dont lose any of your ribbons or medals, you start as a level 1 and work your way back up to 60, you dont lose your leadership xp either, once you reach level 15 you can be OIC.
