First of all do the training mission in the Deploy section, on completing this you should be level 2.
Play a few games until you reach level 3, then go into the Barracks -> Skills Section then scroll down to the bottom and buy the Medical Kit. Now when you play games, heal EVERYONE with low/alright health giving you about 7 xp a person. You gain a few levels quickly meaning you can now buy the resurrection skill in the barracks, every time you revive someone you get 10 xp which is double a kill. Using this method I got to level 20 in no time.

10 xp? A kill is 50 xp..

This is a good tip for those noobs. I'm still a noob, but this helped me rank up quickly. If you play in supression you can heal a lot of people.

Once you unlock domination, you can easily get 1-2 levels a game with this method. Even at higher levels

but they always bleadout unless they are your friends, i was in suppersion and my m8 got shot and went down in that laststand thing and i healed him but he got shot strait away so i heald him agin but he had full health but was laying on the floor.
