1. Download the Save you want to be Re Regioned + Your Save (Region)
2. Put them on a SD card or Usb stick in the Save Folder
3. Resign Both Saves to your ID
4. Make a folder on your desktop for a file you need later
5. Open Advanced Mode on the Save you want to Re Region by right clicking the save
6. Look at the first digit at the left top and keep that in mind now export the file to the folder you did make on your desktop
7. Now open Advanced Mode on Your Save (Region) and Change the first Digit as it was on the other Save (Even if its already the same still change it)
8. Now Import the File you did Save in the folder on your desktop
9. Now hit Apply at the right bottom (if it doesnt work then try to change the first digit again if you try to change it after you did import the file you will get a error code but you can click this away and still continue)
10. Wait till the Progress is done when its done drag YOUR SAVE (REGION) to a USB stick in the right folder (Your account folder if you didnt do this and did save it somewhere else)
11. Now tranfer the Save to your Ps4 and it will have the progress of the other Save but for your Region Enjoy
12. For a game with multiple Files inside follow every step for every File after you did all of them it must work

Here is how the File will look like
Fuck man. Been trying for hours. When I "import" nothing changes
Then you are importing the same file over the same file if you are trying to re region a EU save to US you will need to export the EU data and import it into the US save
Hey everyone. I am trying to reregion a game, and for some reason when i open "Advanced Mode" . It looks nothing like what the screenshots you posted are showing. Its not showing Address, Data (Hex), or Data (ASCII) .. Its just showing me a bunch of coding (words) instead of numbers. is that because Save wizard changed it? i know the game can be re-regioned because i seen somebody here already do it, im just trying to learn for myself for future reasons.
may be a stupid question but.... does that work only with games that are supported on save wizard? i got a save and it opens on save wizard to import, but does not show advanced mode. I think i answered my own question.. but im just not sure.

i think ive commented on this before but i still cant seem to get a handle on this /shrug lolol, cant even get past the first part really. i use an EU zip folder from desktop, and resign it to my primary ID. that game does not show up in the 'cheats' tab to even access advanced mode. so im dead in the water before even getting to step two! sadness, any advice? aeneax was trying to help me a long time ago but wasnt able to get it sorted out (different game at the time)

There's no fix. I am in the same boat as you. If the game you're trying to re-region doesn't have cheats in Save Wizard then, unfortunately, we're all out of luck. There's no other possible way. I wanted to re-region a save set for A Plague Tale: Innocence but SW has no cheats for it.
It's not as easy as it used to be with PS3 games and changing from BLUS/BLES to BLES/BLUS
Question: I have a US save with only one save slot. I have an EU save that I want to re-region and it has multiple save slots. When I re-region the EU save, will have all of the save slots?
I've been trying to re-region a 100% save file of Red Dead Redemption 2 (USA) and copied it to my system storage and now I have two RDR2 saved data folders but the game will only load my original saves (EU). Where do I go from here?
