If you use a cheat in game you can erase it and use the Save Wizard cheat to reset the cheat toggle and earn trophies again.

It’s useful if you’d like to cruise through the game quickly or on hard with invincibility and turn it off just before the last boss.

So wait, you can turn on cheats using passcodes, play through the game, clear your cheats, save, and then use SW to eliminate the cheats toggle and earn trophies again right? Any chance you can keep the cheats on, save, and then use SW to still earn trophies?

Nope. As long as the cheats are still on the trophies are locked. Tried that myself too out of curiosity.
