Warning: This is gonna be very long and require multiple swaps. Remember to delete the autosave & backup manual save after each save so the game doesn't load up the wrong save. Doublecheck when you load up a save that all the provision items are no longer in your satchel. All required items are in order in the General Store so you can just start from the first page of provisions and work your way through until you reach the end item listed. It is split up in multiple parts because we're reaching the Quick Code size limit of Save Wizard.
Also note that if you already have some of the items we're swapping in, the swap may not work and you possibly won't have the required amount of items. It gives only the exact amount of items required for turn-in no excess items.
Important: You will need to do only 1 section at a time, that is swap items->turn in. The reason for this is because some sections uses the same items, and you cannot swap into an item you already possess.
1A - Pearson) Go to a general store, buy the following x1 of each:
4B - Fence) Copy the save back and go to fence and craft every item he has. Note: DO NOT sell any items to the fence as they are required to be in your satchel when crafting the fence items.

Then you did something wrong, it will delete the source item entirely. Did you load the correct save? Remember that the game will load up the autosave from menu.
Yes I loaded the right save. Should the item I'm trying to replace be in the recent tab?
Doesn't matter if its in the recent list or not, as long as its in your satchels. But go buy the list of provisions i posted above, save to a new manual slot and apply the quick code in SW on that slot, then load it up in the game.
Item swap hasn't been working for me lately. I only have the starting satchel but used the satchel legendary code here and I think the game is registering me as having the Legendary satchel when I only have the starting one equipped. Bout to check it out.
did you try just using the satchel code instead of the others? i used to use the legendary satchel code because thats what i was using but just using 409F50CB works. ive tried on at least two different saves and it worked just fine.
and sorry, when I try this, the Cattleman just disappears from my Inv and I get no Algernon Rev. Not sure if this matters, but I'm only on Chapter 1.
If the cattleman disappeared then the code worked.
When you buy a new cattleman it will come with all your old upgrades.
If new weapon did not show then that new weapon might not be a valid weapon.
Iv'e yet to test all the weapons that worked. So some of these might not.
