You will need Save Wizard requesting that someone else resigns a save for you or give 1 of his slots on the program is against the TOS of Save Wizard

Not at the moment, but Save Wizard is well worth the price. I would recommend buying straight from their website if you are in the US as I have heard of some difficulties with some features if you're in US and buy cheaper Amazon version although I not recall the particulars.
