Use advanced mode go to hex id location, then change the amount as seen on my picture:
1. Infinite HP
0x3446C
2. Max Attack
0x03449C

you have to gather 40 prayer beads and upgrade it manually.

No, I mean, I modify my starter save, then I collect prayer beads myself, etc.
With maxed out health will I be avaliable to use prayer beads to upgrade it and get the trophy?

when you upgrade using prayer bead it will automatically reset your health.
so i'm pretty sure it'll unlock the trophy.
my suggest upgrade health after you finish the game.
