2. Plug it in your PC and open Save Wizard
3. Open the save with Advanced Mode (the actual save not the profile save)
4. Export the file to any folder on your desktop
5. If the end of the file is renamed to anything else then .sav rename it to .sav
6. Import the file on your Willow Tree client and edit your save
7. When done import the file to your save on Save Wizard when using Advanced Mode
8. Plug your USB back in your Ps4 and enjoy

I think I'm going to leave the available weapon slots alone, add in my weapons & items, save, and then from there see if it crashes. If not, then I'll adjust skill points.
And I'll do this with a new character.

Ok! I have an update!
The issue, after nearly two hours of trial & error, are scorpio-modded weapons, shields and class mods.
Any of those three made with parts of another item or weapon will cause the game to crash upon exit.
I started with a new character and with each save, I added something extra in. It wasn't until I added the stock/impenetrable shields that I noticed the problems. So after removing them, I was able to save/exit my game fine. I then removed them from my level 25 character, and that save file also now saved/exited properly as well.

Did you hit save after editing it? And did you put the file back int he save and hit apply in advanced mode?

yes i did. only thing changed was the xp.
