Game is saved at the first opportunity after speaking to Yuya, in Theater Square. If you want to view all the content before this point, start a new game and watch it all then load my save.
Save features:
-Max Exp
-12800x of absolutely every freaking thing in the Item Box/Warehouse
Max money was not included as it isn't needed, go sell the Platinum/Gold plates or something if you want money. Or just apply the cheat from Save Wizard yourself.
Small warning, like with the PS3 ver, there will be some items included that were never meant to be used ie debug and or 'temporary items'. Just ignore these.
Save was made with the EU VERSION (CUSA15325). I have no idea if the US version uses the same CUSA title ID or not. Try and find out I guess.
