Someone will have to figure it out. Something about editing the health drains it I thought FFFF would do the trick but it looks like 3E7 > 999 will be the highest it goes due to being hard locked.

I have tried several times to edit health, stamina, and battery efficiency, but the values will not stay. If you increase your defense enough, you should be fine...
a find the damage( 3e xxx mk ) defense noo
need to find defense mk and will be ok

Same.
I tried upgrading the states 100% in Health and Stamina and seeing if I could push passed the hard locked once the game see's the upgrades are golden. But it doesn't work.
