The only useful code here is rep rank 30 anyway. Sex change will be implemented in a future patch as announced on the dev blog yesterday and all the rest SW already gives you.
That said, this is probably as far as it goes for this game because it has integrity checks. No stat or item can be modded at all. Only items can be swapped (sword for sword/blood code for blood code).
The are however, a debug sword and debug veil that can be obtained by item swapping but good luck figuring out how to do that on PS4 as on PC you need 2 other 3d party programs. Search for "CheatWeapon" and as for the veil I don't even know what its called on PS4.

Jesus, you guys haven't played the game enough.
RV Mastery are special consumables to give you new Blood Codes, which then you can use the Awake to unlock the effects.
I actually haven't played enough. Only the Sex change and Reputation codes worked for me anyway.
