I have blocked some programs and services in my firewall (Netlimiter pro). Could this be a reason, or is the newest ps4 firmware version not compatible. The new ps4 firmware was released on December19. I believe it is the Version 7.02.

I just wanted to edit a Dark Souls 3 save game file and strengthen the attack power so that I would get more than 400AR with a starter weapon and with medium armor, I like it to play legit, I just want to try it out with my second psn account, I want to see how it is and works.

Probably a firewall problem but you must be more specific on what happens. You can open the program? It reads your USB? and so on.

7.02 is supported
