I have been messing around with the ac odyssey after following guides and having issues until i figured how to mod/add new armors and other stuff
please note that i didn't mod/add weapons but it should be possible, and perk change on their own so leave them be unless you want to manually modify them,
also note that you wont lose the uclub armor if you modify it , not sure about in game armors though
Let's begin

1.save wizard max
2.hex editor (i suggest You must login or register to view this content. )
3.a brain with some knowledge of editing hex
HOW TO
first step is to get the Ezio armor set from ubisoft club and all the legendary stuff and then go to the store and get the free legendary horse melaina for free
then make sure you have all the stuff i mentioned if yes then make a manual save remember the number of the manual save and export it to a usb flash drive
after that run save wizard and go to ac odyssey and highlight the manual save you made and select advanced mode
after that select export it , should look like thisYou must login or register to view this content.
after that open the exported file with the hex editor
after that you need the hash (ID) of the item you have and the hash of the item you want to change which i'll provide at the end
before continuing you need to know about the hashes , it should be reversed but not entirely only the location of the bits which i will explain below
for example 1234567890
it has to be reversed to 9078563412 sounds complicated? not really
to make it easier split every bit like 12 34 56 78 90 and start from the end to the beginning
it becomes 90 78 56 34 12 as you can see the bits stayed the same but their order changed
so let's say you want to change the helmet to another helmet
first you need Ezio's hoodie code which is
000001C9481FADEF
if you reverse that it'll become
EFAD1F48C9010000
again split the hash to bits to be less confusedanyway so we found ezio's hoodie ID how do we change it? well go to search ((or press ctrl+F)) and select hex-value tab , paste the ID and select All from the search direction
count the number of matched IDs found using F3 to go to the next search and shift+F3 to go back
if you have 5 matched IDs change the third and the fourth
if you have 4 change the third and the second
changing all values causes the game to erase the armor and you'll not get the new armor that way you'll just get your ezio armor from uclub
this method also works with lieutenants and horses although i forgot if you just have to change just 1 or 2 values, you may want to experiment yourself
after modifying everything just save the file and import it in the save wizard
after importing it you have to type the first bit/number you see in the left side in the save wizard advanced mode
it should be 31 but if it isn't just type it as is and don't worry if you get an error just press continue and save
after that transfer it back to the ps4 and manually load the save from the main menu of the game
check if you have the new armor and the stuff if yes then just overwrite your old manual save and mod again

ONE LAST NOTE
the text files contain two codes the ones with 0000 at the start are PC IDs and the ones the has 0000 at the end are ps4 IDs
and the xlsx are excel files

Start a new clean save and use the cheat of max skill points then compare the clean and modded save using HxD, maybe this way you can figure where is the data related to skill points.

In order to get Ezio's outfit, you'll have to unlock the Assassin Badge on Uplay. You can get it by earning 3000 Uplay XP across all Assassin's Creed games. This is done by unlocking other badges, ones that are earned by doing stuff in-game (finishing a certain chapter, performing a certain action, etc.
