I had no problem swapping a weapon for a weapon, just search the reversed hash of what you have and replace it with the reversed hash of something else.

they have introduced a hard cap, so when you apply level based cheats on a save & the game loads it & reverts it into the in-game max.
& no there is no workaround as this hardcoded into the game files, you would need a PS4 JB to mod the game files. (Play ON PC if want GODLY Cheats)
